Darkness Shall Not Stand

Darkness Shall Not Stand is a documentary film I worked on made by Luke Hotchkin-van Neuren. This film raises awareness about human trafficking in Nepal through interviews with people on the ground and through an animated section retelling one survivor's story.

I was tasked with creating the animated sections and had to work alongside Luke to create something authentic, impactful, and respectful to the Nepalese people and culture. As my first major project, it pushed me harder than I ever expected, but it confirmed to me that this a career I would love to pursue and something that can make a real difference in people's lives.
